BEELONG Adult Day Services is a non-profit organization that depends on the financial support of other organizations and individuals. Clients and their families generally pay for the cost of care from their own financial resources.Financial support may be available through other sources of funding such as the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging, Montgomery County Adult and Aging Services, Bucks County Department of Mental Health/Mental Retardation, Department of Veterans Affairs and United Way of Bucks County. Depending on the nature of an individual's health insurance program or long-term care insurance policy, costs may be reimbursed. Clients and their families are encouraged to check with their own tax advisor regarding the appropriateness of deducting these costs on their federal income tax.
Costs vary according to the type of service selected and the level of assistance required. Fees are generally less than the cost of home health services or nursing home care in the same geographic area.
